Calderon, Jen and Brian Dixon, Nathan Leilich, Ben Siegel, Rodney Terrell, Justin Torres, Elizabeth and Fredy Reyes. Personal Interview. April 18, 22, 2012<http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL93472FF08AFFE8A7&feature=plcp>
This was one part interview one part survey while one part of the interview. I started by asking just one friend to try some food without knowing if it was organic or not. I hadn't planned on doing the interview in public but I had things to do that night so I enlisted the help of my friends to produce the first video. Eventually the rest of the group decided that it would be fun to do the survey as well. My phone gave out before I was able to finish the first video so I opted not to video tape them and simply recorded them on a chart. When asked for more interviews I reached out to my LARPing group to provide testers but due to conflicts of time that occurred when I intended to interview them. When I got back to my house that weekend I asked my family to help out they and my friend Justin who was driving with me at the time were willing to help out.

This website helped us get a better understanding for the differences between organic and inorganic foods. We got the organic seal from this website and we also got the chart that compared organic and conventional farming.

Product Info in Whole Foods Retrieved on April 19, 2012
<http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/>
On the Whole Foods website, I focused my research on the prices of the foods as well as the value of the products. As a food shopper, the website was very informative. The Whole Foods Brand is open about where their products come from and even print the country of origin directly on the package. Their mission is to keep buyers informed about the foods that they buy and eat. I was able to get great information on this website and it becomes inspiring to switch to organic products.Rafaelwaa (March 20, 2011).

This video clip is from the movie Food Inc. I used this video to show Victoria after her interview. I wanted her to understand how the animals are treated before they are slaughtered and what sits inside their stomach. I received the reaction I wanted out of her, and since she has seen this video clip, she has not eaten beef.
Sklodowski, Michele. Personal Interview. 12 April 2012.
I chose to interview Michele Sklodowski, who is an organic eater. I know Michele because I babysit her son. The interview consisted of about ten questions all pertaining to organic foods, why she chose to go organic, what benefits she notices from organic foods, what types of foods she buys organically, what challenges she has faced, how much it costs, and what else she does to stay healthy. The information I recieved from Michele was somewhat helpful, but I wish I got more out of the interview. Michele clearly knows a lot about organic foods and their benefits, I just wish she could have shared more with me. We also had some distractions throughout the interview because her two year old daughter was in the room with us.
Till, Victoria. Personal Interview. 9 April 2012.
I interviewed Victoria Till, my sister, who happens to be a middle class food shopper. Victoria does not focus on the nutritional values of food. She puts her attention to the prices. It is for this reason that she spends most of her money at large chain grocery stores. Through the interview, I was able to get a significant amount of information about my sister's eating habits. I was also able to portray that many middle class families do not know what ingredients are in their food. Overall, I was very pleased with the interview with Victoria.
Weekly Circular in ShopRite Retrieved on April 19, 2012
<http://www.shoprite.com>
I used ShopRite's website to retrieve information on their weekly circular. I wanted to compare their prices of a large chain grocery store to one that sells organic products. My main focus on this website was to look at the vegetables, fruit, and meat products.
